The pulp of the paper is normally extracted from the wood fiber or commonly recycled materials too. In this process, the chemicals are added and other processing is also done.

Now it is being taken to the next step of pressing, where the pulp is being poured over the belt uniformly. This helps in removing any water droplets from the pulp. Then this is being taken to Yankee which is heating rollers. It makes the fabric dry and then taken to roll the paper.

Converting is the last step where different thin and thick roles are being made according to the necessity. Perforations are made on the paper using the doctor blades which makes it easy to pull apart.
