Mostly two steps are involved in it:

  • Extraction of the fiber which is converted in to pulp.
  • Pulp is mixed with water and then paper converting machine is used to dry it, flattened it and gives shaped to it in sheets or rolls.

as we all know that papers are forestry products, that is they are made form tree. Different types of trees are being used for the purpose like the spruce, fir, larch, hemlock, eucalyptus, aspen, birch and many more. Also, construction industry makes large use of the tree. So, the useful part of the tree is used in the construction industry, whereas the less useful part is converted into pulp.

Besides these, paper is also made from recycled pulp too. That is the used paper are collected and are recycled to get the pulp and then again in above mentioned way they are converted in to paper too. Even sawdust is sometimes used to make paper which are most useful ways to save trees.

From the above-mentioned source, pulp is extracted and then this pulp is used for the paper making process.

At the last, we should always take into note that the pulp making or the paper making is done mechanically by machines these days. From any of the above sources, pulps are extracted from the fiber and so they are made so fast.
